Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases made through the GOLDEN WEAR website. They are written for guest checkout and optional account access without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
1. Seller and scope

These terms govern consumer purchases and the information shown before payment. The site may use English editorial copy while the applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
2. Products and limited editions
Product pages identify the design, colour, size, price and edition information available at the time. Inventory is limited and numbered. No restock or particular edition number is guaranteed. Screen, fabric, print and colour reproduction can vary slightly from images without affecting legal conformity.
3. Early access and availability
Early access is an optional communication and timing window. A common link may be shared, no account or invitation is required, and access does not guarantee stock or priority. A purchase is available to any customer while a valid checkout session and stock remain open.
4. Contract, price, taxes and payment
Selecting a product does not itself reserve or confirm a unit. A temporary reservation may be created when secure checkout opens. The contract is confirmed only after payment is accepted and the confirmation flow is completed. The checkout shows the product total, shipping, taxes and any applicable customs or duties before the payment commitment. The payment provider processes card details; GOLDEN WEAR does not store full card numbers.
5. Production, shipping and delivery
Orders may be produced and shipped through specialist fulfilment and carrier partners. Available destinations, methods, costs and estimates are shown before payment. Estimates can change because of production, carrier, customs or force-majeure events. We will provide reasonable updates and the remedies required by applicable law.
6. Fraud, bots and resale abuse
We may cancel and refund orders affected by materially incorrect data, fraud indicators, automated abuse, payment manipulation, stock hoarding or abusive resale practices. This does not remove rights for a legitimately paid order.
7. Cancellations, returns and withdrawal
Contact contact@thegoldenwear.com promptly if you need to cancel before production. Where consumer law grants a withdrawal period, it remains available subject to its conditions; standard colour, size and design choices do not by themselves remove that right. Claims are reviewed individually and do not create an automatic refund. Instructions for withdrawal, return costs and any lawful deductions will be provided case by case.
8. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods
If a parcel or product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or defective, contact us with the order number and clear photographs of the whole item, the issue, the size label and any relevant parcel information. For multiple garments, evidence should cover each affected item or clearly show the common issue. We may ask for a return before a refund where the law permits. We will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy required by the applicable legal guarantee, without charging unlawful costs.
9. Fraud and customer-selected details
We may investigate inconsistent or fraudulent claims and may refuse only where the evidence and applicable law support that decision. Where legally permitted, we do not provide free exchanges or refunds for a size or colour selected incorrectly, and costs caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel may apply. These rules do not limit statutory rights.
10. Intellectual property and acceptable use
GOLDEN WEAR names, artwork, text, imagery and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Buying a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights. Do not scrape, disrupt, bypass purchase limits, impersonate the brand or use automated tools to obtain an unfair advantage.
11. Liability, force majeure and changes
Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for events beyond reasonable control, including major outages, carrier disruption, supply interruption, cyber incidents or public emergencies, but we will mitigate their effects. We may update these terms; the version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the transaction without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Contact contact@thegoldenwear.com for questions, complaints or return instructions.
