Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases made through GOLDEN WEAR. They support guest checkout and preserve mandatory consumer rights wherever you live.

These terms govern the information shown before payment and the purchase made through the website.
2. Products and limited editions
Each product page identifies the design, colour, size, price and edition information available at that time. Chemistry Day is limited to 50 paid units per design across all colours and sizes, with no restock planned. Unless a product page or order confirmation expressly states otherwise, the purchase does not include an individually numbered physical item. Screen, fabric, print and colour reproduction may vary slightly from images without affecting legal conformity.
3. Order, price and payment
Selecting a product does not reserve or confirm a unit. The order is confirmed after payment is accepted and the confirmation flow is completed. Checkout shows the product price, shipping, taxes and any applicable customs or duties before payment. Full card numbers are not stored by GOLDEN WEAR.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is usually estimated at 5–30 business days from payment confirmation, depending on destination. The destination-specific estimate shown at checkout takes priority. Delivery dates can be affected by carriers, customs or events outside reasonable control. See Shipping & Delivery for the full process.
5. Cancellations and customer details
Contact contact@thegoldenwear.com promptly if you need to cancel or correct an order. A change may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has started. Costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal or failure to claim a parcel may apply where permitted by law.
6. After-sale support
Where applicable law permits, we do not offer a general goodwill return or exchange for a change of mind, preference or a customer-selected size, colour or design. Any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other consumer right remains available subject to its legal conditions. If a product is expressly identified as made to order or personalised, any applicable exception is applied only where the law allows it. See the Customer Care page for the process.
7. Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods
If an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or defective, contact us with the order number and clear photographs of the whole item, the issue, the size label and the parcel where relevant. We may request a return before a remedy where legally permitted. We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy required by applicable law without charging unlawful costs.
8. Fraud and fair use
We may cancel and refund orders affected by materially incorrect information, payment manipulation, fraud indicators, automated abuse, stock hoarding or abusive resale practices. We may investigate inconsistent claims and refuse only where the evidence and applicable law support that decision. These controls do not remove rights attached to a legitimately paid order.
9. Intellectual property
GOLDEN WEAR names, artwork, text, imagery and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Buying a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights. Do not scrape, disrupt the website, bypass purchase limits, impersonate the brand or use automation to obtain an unfair advantage.
10. Liability and changes
Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will take reasonable steps to mitigate disruptions outside our control. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; the version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. These terms are governed by the law applicable to the transaction without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence.
