This document establishes the terms and conditions that govern the access and use of the online store TheGoldenWear (hereinafter, "the Store"), operated by Sunrise Labs S.L. (hereinafter, "Sunrise Labs", "we" or "our"). By using the Store and/or making a purchase, you (hereinafter, "user") expressly accept all the terms detailed below.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

TheGoldenWear is a cryptocurrency-themed clothing store that sells physical products in limited editions. With each purchase, there is an option to mint an NFT on the Solana blockchain, which would act as an exclusive digital certificate of authenticity for the purchased garment. These terms regulate both conventional e-commerce transactions and those linked to blockchain technology.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE AND ACCESS

Access to the Store is only allowed to users of legal age or those who have the authorization of their legal guardians.
The use of the Store for illegal purposes or contrary to law is prohibited.
Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of access, without prejudice to corresponding legal actions.

3. PRODUCTS AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS

The products offered are physical clothing items, each accompanied by the option to mint an NFT certifying its authenticity.
Descriptions, images, prices, sizes, and availability of products are shown in the Store and are subject to change without notice.
Purchases will be governed by the information provided in the Store and by specific sales conditions, including shipping, return, and warranty policies, available in the corresponding section of the Store.

4. NFT MINTING AND BLOCKCHAIN USE

The option to mint an NFT is offered to the user after purchasing the garment; however, such minting is completely optional and does not affect the validity or authenticity of the purchased product.
If the user decides to proceed with minting the NFT, it will be their responsibility to have a compatible wallet to receive and manage the NFT, as well as assume the fees associated with the blockchain transaction.
Sunrise Labs does not guarantee immediate or perfect operation of the minting process, due to limitations and risks inherent to blockchain technology.

5. LIMITED COLLECTIONS AND EXCLUSIVITY

TheGoldenWear collections are limited edition. Once sold out, no new units of the same collection will be produced.
The acquisition of a product is considered unique and exclusive, without granting additional rights over the NFT or garment, beyond the authentication certificate.

6. PRIORITY FOR JAWZ HOLDERS

Holders of the Jawz NFT collection will have priority access to limited edition purchases.
A verification mechanism will be implemented to confirm Jawz NFT ownership. In case of error in this process, general purchase conditions will apply without special priority.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Sunrise Labs strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about products; however, it does not guarantee absolute accuracy of colors, sizes, or other details, due to possible variations in devices and production processes.
Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Sunrise Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and/or services without incurring any liability.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND TECHNOLOGICAL RISKS

Risks inherent to blockchain technology—such as vulnerabilities, delays, or network errors—are assumed entirely by the user.
Sunrise Labs will not be liable for direct or indirect damages, including those derived from the use or inability to use the Store, or from the NFT minting and management process.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Store contents, including designs, texts, images, and the NFT minting process, are the exclusive property of Sunrise Labs or authorized third parties.
The reproduction, distribution, or total or partial exploitation of any content without prior written consent from Sunrise Labs is expressly prohibited.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sunrise Labs, its officers, employees, and associates from any claim, damage, or loss—including legal fees—arising from breach of these terms or misuse of the Store.

12. TERMINATION

Sunrise Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Store in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice.
Obligations incurred before termination will remain valid.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to Spanish legislation. For any controversy arising from this agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sunrise Labs may modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be published in the Store, and continued use will imply acceptance of the modified terms.
It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the current version of these terms.
