Data Controller:

If the user chooses to mint the NFT as a digital certificate of authenticity, additional data may be collected (e.g., wallet address) necessary to manage this option, always based on the interested party's consent and to comply with contractual and legal obligations derived from the transaction.

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or while there is any legal obligation that requires it. Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted applying appropriate security measures.
