Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you browse, join early access, use optional account features, place a guest order or contact GOLDEN WEAR.

2. Data we process
We may process contact details submitted for early access or support; account identifiers, names and email addresses used for email/password or Google sign-in; checkout, payment, shipping and order data supplied to complete a purchase; consent and unsubscribe records; and technical, security and fraud-prevention logs.
Guest checkout is supported. An account is optional and is not required to browse, join early access or buy. Passwords are handled by Neon Managed Auth and full card details are handled by the payment provider.

- To send requested early access confirmations and launch reminders, based on your consent.
- To authenticate an optional account and maintain sessions, based on the steps you request.
- To process, confirm, produce, ship, support, refund and document an order, based on the contract and legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud, bots, resale abuse and attacks, based on legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To answer enquiries and defend or exercise legal claims, based on legitimate interests and applicable law.
4. Providers and transfers
We use service providers that support hosting, database persistence, managed authentication, email delivery, payment processing, fulfilment, shipping and security. They process only the data needed for their service under their own terms and applicable data-protection agreements. Some providers may process data outside your country; we use the safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Order linking and account history
After you verify your email and sign in, we may link only unlinked orders whose checkout email matches that verified email. We never accept a client-supplied user ID or arbitrary email as proof, and an order cannot be reassigned through the account interface. Order history shows limited product, edition, date, payment, production and shipping status; it does not show full addresses, card data, secrets or private operational notes.
6. Retention and rights
We retain order, accounting, guarantee and security records for the periods required or reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Early access records are retained until they are no longer needed for the launch communications or you withdraw consent, unless another legal basis applies.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where available, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@thegoldenwear.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
7. Communications and unsubscribe
Each early access reminder identifies why it was sent and includes an unsubscribe or contact route. Unsubscribing stops optional launch communications but does not cancel transactional order messages or erase records we must keep.
8. Cookies, security and changes
See the Cookie Notice. We use necessary cookies for sessions and security only unless we ask for consent before adding optional technologies. We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls, but no internet service is risk-free. We may update this policy when processing or legal requirements change.
