HOME/RETURN POLICY
1. Policy Application
This policy applies to all products sold on THE GOLDEN WEAR, regardless of whether they are limited edition, exclusive, or not. By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that they assume all risks associated with the product acquisition, waiving the right to request returns or exchanges, except in cases expressly provided for in this policy.
2. No Returns Accepted
Except as established in section 3, THE GOLDEN WEAR will not accept returns, claims, or product exchanges due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, error in size selection, color, or other characteristics, or for any reason other than the existence of a demonstrable manufacturing defect or internal failure.
The Customer is responsible for verifying that the product meets their expectations before completing the purchase, as the acquisition is made "as is".
3. Exception: Defects or Internal Failures
In the exceptional case where the product presents manufacturing defects, internal failures, or any demonstrable anomaly that affects its functionality or integrity, the Customer may request a total or partial refund of the amount paid. To do so, they must:

- Provide clear and reliable evidence (photographs, videos, or technical reports) that supports the existence of the defect or failure.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Once the claim is received, THE GOLDEN WEAR will proceed as follows:
- Confirm receipt of the request and supporting documentation.
- Internally evaluate the claim to verify the existence of the defect or failure.
- Notify the Customer about the resolution of the request.
- If resolved in favor of the Customer, process the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
This policy does not establish an obligation for THE GOLDEN WEAR to provide refunds in situations where the existence of a defect or internal failure is not reliably demonstrated. The following are expressly excluded:
- Returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or error in product selection.
- Claims arising from improper use, mishandling, or product deterioration due to causes unrelated to manufacturing.
- Any other situation not specifically covered by the existence of a verifiable manufacturing defect or internal failure.
6. Modifications
THE GOLDEN WEAR reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. The current version will be published on the Website and will apply to all purchases made from the date of its publication.
